The Office Administrator at Resurrection University Catholic Parish (RUCP) provides key administrative and clerical support in furthering the ministry of RUCP. This person exercises a central role in the parish office, directly supporting the Pastor, Parochial Vicar, and other priests to help facilitate sacramental programs while also executing all main office functions and being the centralized hub for all communications, both incoming and outgoing. The person in this role is often the entry point of someone to the parish, whether via email, telephonically, or in person. In this critical role, they must reflect well the values of the parish and be pastoral in nature when meeting people in a state of crisis and/or from different backgrounds, welcoming all as Jesus would.

Administrative assistant for finance & data management
The Administrative Assistant for Finance & Data Management is responsible for the collection, disbursement, recording, and accounting of funds associated with the parish. This role is also responsible for the collection, processing, and recording of relevant information in the appropriate databases. The expected workload for this part-time position is an average of 16 hours per week with fluctuations based on monthly and annual workflow cycles. The Administrative Assistant collaborates frequently with the Director of Engagement and reports to the Pastoral Associate. This role may also assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Marriage Preparation and Annulments
The Coordinator of Marriage Preparation and Annulments is responsible for coordinating marriage preparation and annulments at the parish. The coordinator accompanies couples seeking marriage preparation and individuals seeking annulments by conducting interviews, offering guidance and support, and ensuring that all paperwork is filled out correctly for filing. This position serves as a compassionate and organized liaison between couples, clergy, parish staff, wedding coordinators, and diocesan tribunals, ensuring a smooth and spiritually enriching and/or healing experience; it also requires a blend of pastoral sensitivity, meticulous organizational skills, and a strong commitment to the mission of the Roman Catholic Church and its teaching on the sacrament of Matrimony. The coordinator reports to the Pastoral Associate and may also assist with other sacramental supports.

Music Coordinator
Under the direction of the Pastor, the Music Coordinator coordinates music preparation for weekly liturgies and other sacramental celebrations while taking into account the mission of serving the diverse Montana State University community. This position is held by a musician who plays and teaches proper liturgical music, as well as recruits and facilitates others with musical talents to participate in the music ministry. This position directly supports the pastor in advancing the mission of the Church and plays a vital role in carrying out the religious mission of the parish.
